Return Process

  Visit our online returns center and enter your order number and email to start your request before the self-destruct timer hits zero.

  Pack the Loot

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and no diffuse-kits have been deployed.

• 3.
  Slap on the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure it to the outside of your package to ward off hungry street cats.

• 4.
  Wait for the Boom

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive it, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
